hei.. back to 2nd day... So today is 2nd day at the Gym..after getting some instruction from the trainer during day 1.. i follow back the rutin hiking for warm up... end with sit up.. Nice.. like a Hot cake!!

life at Gym day two... one day i had my dinner at south city area.. my eye caught by the words <> erm.. sweet, getting thougt to start my fitness day ever.. so let go to the price.. OMG.. wat u think.. rm100++ per month.. and worse full anual payment 1K.. so i just put rm400++ only for 3 month.. no money mar..
